Fossil’s Brand Experience Room
As part of our brand strategy and planning, I worked with creative leads in product design and marketing to define seasonal stories and map out the look and feel for the season. I helped guide product stories to be cohesive across product categories, generating trend stories and how they fit into our brand. Product storylines would drive focus for the marketing team, while I worked with each creative lead to develop the visual storytelling as well as key messaging for the season. I implemented building out a seasonal brand experience room to showcase all of these initiatives in order to gain alignment with leadership, provide direction for each creative division and allow a collaborative work environment to ensure brand continuity as the stories get executed through each channel.
